To get it working:

1. Extract all the files into the same folder (the game will only work if all the files are in the same folder)
2. Double click on the "Tetris.html" file to run
3. Internet Explorer will add a warning in your browser that will look as such:

4. Click on the warning message itself, and select "Allow blocked content"
5. You will now be able to play the game without an internet connection.
6. However, you can only play the game, and the functionality to save your scores will not be available in this version.
